In the event that, when placing an order, the Customer chooses delivery to an address other than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, we additionally ask for:
1. first and last name or company/institution name and address - necessary for us to address and send the parcel;
2. telephone number of the consignee of the parcel - necessary if some delivery methods are selected (required by carriers).
If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than that indicated when registering or placing an order, we additionally request:
1. first and last name or name of the company/institution - necessary for issuing the sales receipt;
2. address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) - necessary for issuing the sales receipt;
3. VAT number - necessary for issuing the sales receipt.
The data provided when placing an order is processed by the company operating under the name P.P.H.U. YORIK s.c. and the following entities to the extent specified below:
name, address, telephone, e-mail indicated as delivery address are forwarded to shipping companies in the form of a shipping label/letter which is at the same time an order for delivery of the consignment depending on the selected type of consignment is forwarded to :
a. Poczta Polska
b. UPS courier company
c. Inpost - parcel machines
If payment is made by means of an external payment system, all data provided after navigating to the website of the payment operator remain registered exclusively in its database and are in no way accessible or stored by the company operating under the name of P.P.H.U. YORIK s.c..

C. Newsletter subscription
If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it during the registration process or by placing an order, we ask only for your e-mail address to which commercial information from the Administrator will be sent. IV. Your personal data, which is collected automatically when you enter the online shop operating under anfen.eu
